The very bedrock that built some of New York’s greatest landmarks — the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge, and Grand Central Station, to name a few. To build a great whiskey, Widow Jane starts in the same place — with the pure, limestone filtered waters that flow through and beneath the mine.
