In Peru, every year more than 300 species of wild animals are trafficked to make souvenirs or to sell them as pets; a cruel act in which the buyers end up being participants, many times without knowing it. The campaign “If you buy, you are complicit”, developed by APOYO Comunicación and announced by SERFOR, WCS, SPDA, APECO, SERNANP and the Ministerio de Producción, is aimed at those who, without knowing, are the main cause of the problem.
