ESPACE GO is a thoroughly modern theatre with women at the heart of its upcoming shows. For the plays LUMIÈRES, LUMIÈRES, LUMIÈRES, UN SHOW NOMMÉ DÉSIR and LES DEUX VOYAGES DE SUZANNE W., Cossette wanted to highlight the duality between two women by playing with “tête-bêche” imagery and by illustrating the woman as both strong and fragile, but with the piercing, magnetic gaze of a fully emancipated woman. The phrase “the other reveals the self” served as the basis for creation.
