Graffiti – Big, Colorful and Inspiring Street Art

It has been quite a long time since the last post on graffiti but after spending some time on Unsplash I rediscover the incredible work of street artists all over the world. Thanks to great photographers I selected some quite inspiring graffiti artworks, not so much of the conventional 3D typography, but more of the stylish and almost pop art style. The most fascinating thing about graffiti for me besides the colors and creativity, it’s the size. Most of the time we are talking about walls being the canvas, and that is huge for someone like me, used to Letter and A4 format in print, or digital design. Check out the images below and make sure to click on the link to the photographers. Also check out the Unsplash website, it’s quite cool.
The term graffiti referred to the inscriptions, figure drawings, and such, found on the walls of ancient sepulchres or ruins, as in the Catacombs of Rome or at Pompeii.
