We keep going through our weekly journey checking out great logos! We’re thinking ahead and we want to find new topics, good ones, to share with you guys. Last week we featured logos with skulls, and today we’re featuring the work of legend logo designer, Gerard Huerta.

Gerard Huerta is a designer of letter forms. Born and raised in southern California, he graduated from Art Center College of Design and began his career at CBS Records in New York designing album covers. There he created letter forms and logos for Boston, Ted Nugent, Blue Oyster Cult, Rick Derringer, Bob Dylan, Ramsey Lewis, The Isley Brothers, Harold Melvin and The Blue Notes, George Benson, Rupert Holmes, Stephen Stills, The Charlie Daniels Band and others.

It’s thrilling to publish the work of such a designer! People have been seeing his work for over 40 years. You has definitely seen at least one of his pieces during your life, which is amazing.
